Serenity by the lakeside retreat
Woke up to breathtaking views of the lake, sipping my morning coffee on the balcony. The staff treated us like family, making our stay extra special.
However, our room felt cramped and didn't match the online photos. The shower was awkwardly designed, making the experience less enjoyable.

The standard room failed to meet expectations due to its cramped size and awkward bathroom layout!!! The entrance lacks appeal, surrounded by propane tanks and staff parking which feels unwelcoming for a high-end establishment.

Staying in the Superior Room was delightful, highlighted by the stunning views and cozy atmosphere. The renewed spa featured immaculate hot tubs and soothing relaxation rooms, perfect for unwinding. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was a gastronomic experience with locally sourced dishes, although breakfast service was a bit rushed due to staff overwhelm. Some communal areas felt dated, which could benefit from more attention.
