Nestled along the serene shores of a scenic lake, this hotel boasts stunning views of the surrounding nature. Guests can indulge in spacious and tastefully renovated suites, offering luxurious amenities and comfortable accommodations. The attentive staff ensures a top-notch service experience, while the fine dining options satisfy even the most discriminating palates. The complimentary breakfast includes a wide range of delectable offerings, complemented by the breathtaking views of the lake. The hotel also offers various facilities such as a swimming pool, bicycles, and canoes for guests to enjoy during their stay.
One downside of this hotel is the lackluster quality of the house coffee, which doesn't quite match up to the exceptional standard set by the rest of the dining experience.

I had the most fantastic stay at a hotel on the shores of Lake Massawiipi in the Eastern Townships area of Quebec. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, with a large size that gave me plenty of space. The balcony offered a stunning view of the lake, making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The meals at Le Tap Room, where I had dinner, and the main dining room, where I had breakfast, were of the highest quality. The food was delicious and the presentation was outstanding. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay, with their attentiveness and friendliness. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm welcome and was taken care of in every aspect.
For us, this hotel and its location on the shores of Lake Massawiipi in the Eastern Townships area of Quebec were ideal.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel near a lake. The grounds were lovely and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The food in the dining room was excellent, with an awesome wine list. The room was comfortable and well-organized, with fine quality sheets and towels. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, such as tennis, swimming, and canoeing. The nearby village of North Hatley was charming, and the drive to Magog through the mountains was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The free kayaks and canoes were a blast to use, and the location by the lake was stunning. The staff members were attentive and helpful with our needs. The toiletries provided in the room were a nice touch.
The room was quite small, and it was unclear what amenities came with which room. It was frustrating that we had to figure this out on our own.

Located in a stunning natural setting, our stay in a "TreeTop suite" at this hotel was a memorable experience. Melissa was kind enough to give us a guided tour of the property, sharing the historical artifacts along the way. The room was luxurious, with a spacious bathroom and impeccable service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the views from our suite were breathtaking. We also enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the attentive staff.
The room service fell short of our expectations and could use some improvement.
